Thanks for taking the time to read about our ice cream offerings. We started making this super premium ice cream two summers ago, though we have been selling Herrell’s ice cream for 12 years. We started at Lickety Split in Williamstown but have since sold that operation. We are now located in MASS MoCA , side by side to our other operation, Lickety Split at MASS MoCA, the MASS MoCA cafe. Our ice cream is now sold in the following retail locations:

We feel Herrell’s ice cream is the best in the country. It was voted one of the ten best by USA Today, July 24, 1998, in an article titled, “Ten Great Places to Get the Scoop,” naming only ten ice cream parlors across the country, chosen by Rick Sebak, a TV documentary producer who researched PBS’s “An Ice Cream Show.”

As a licensee of Herrell’s, our goal is to offer our ice cream in a few select locations throughout Berkshire County. We would love to offer you a sample of our ice cream and information about our wholesaling business. Whether it’s used in a restaurant as a topping to pie/cakes, or in an ice cream stand, your guests will respond to its quality.

Our ice cream is packed in 3 gallon tubs. The cost per tub is $44.00. There are approximately 70 medium scoops per tub.
